Plans to create world's first space nation

Interesting idea. Sounds good on the surface, although peace anywhere would be tough to guarantee. Like the idea of having a way to avoid a hit from an asteroid. Not that happy with the name Asgardia.

Low Earth orbit though? What happens when Asgardia falls out of orbit? Will it be considered an act of war?

Maybe it will have engines that boost it and adjust the orbit from time to time. I don't know. I have a hard time following Star Trek.
