Hi all, today i've recieved 2 emails form "able2know" when i've clicked on the link , suddenly my monitor filled with dozens & dozens of new pages.. it was impossible to close them , and they've just kept coming.
. so i'd turned the power off.
I've checked for spyware.. nothing showed, but my virus scan has listed a whole lot of 20 to be exact.." adware-Gator" entries.. is this a virus that came attached to the emails ?
could this be the reason for the havoc i've described above?
can i just get my McAfee delete them? or is it more complicated to get rid of them>?
