Hi All
I'm new so I will say hi.
Anyway I'm looking for a british period drama that I saw when I was very young in the late 90s or very early 2000s. I remember a scene where a woman in a dress is crouched on the floor with blood on her hands.
I also remember seeing another scene where a woman is talking to a young boy or girl on their bed and the woman leaves the room and you can hear her shouting or screaming
Does this sound familiar?
Thank you so much for looking.
Did you recognize any of the actors from other films?
What period are we talking about?
@ClaraAva,
Hi and welcome
Do you have any idea of which time period the drama is set in (e. g.
Upstairs, Downstairs is Victorian/Edwardian,
Poldark is Scottish and it's earlier - I think) and/or when it was made? Public TV reruns older works all the time, so it could even have been filmed in the 70s and then rerun.
Sounds like any one of dozens (or hundreds) of British period dramas.
@Kolyo,
Hi Kolyo
I can't I'm afraid. Sorry about that 😕
@jespah,
Hi Jespah
I think it may have been the 1800s or the 1900s as I remember one of the ladies having wringlets
Just to add that the lady with blood on her hands was crying.
