Question Is it possible to have 2 monitors connected to only 1 computer?
Question If so, does the computer have to be a desktop?
This beginner would very much like to avoid investing in an additional computer. I have a laptop.
Thank you. Rolling Eyes

Yes you can have up to 9 monitors.
Your operating system must be a Windows 2000 or up.
For each monitor you need to afford a PCI or AGP video card.
For a laptop you need PCMCIA cards to insert the additional video cards or a docking station.
Once iserted, you can go to Dipslay applet in Control Panel and manage your monitors.

2 monitors on 1 computer
I went to the store where I bought my laptop and the technicians said that doing this on my laptop would be something I'd have to contact manufacturer about, which implies money I don't have.

I am no longer pursuing this topic.

Thanks to everyone Smile
