Hi all! First time posting, so please be kind if I err
Looking for movies, games, images, or other cultural artifacts that have a common theme: wireframing as a reference to virtual space.
The Matrix; The Thirteenth Floor; Assassin's Creed; Star Trek (the Holodeck); and maybe the Indie game Antichamber, to some extent--are all fine examples of cultural texts that use gridded, wireframe space to represent simulation or the breakdown of reality into simulation.
Any takers? Thanks!
