Storm of the Century

i liked it.

it's fun to watch when it's 95 and humid...

I think Storm is timelessly brilliant. The town hall sequence at the end is one of the greatest horror endings ever.

Is that the one with that atrocious unhappy ending?

I felt like I was sucker punched. It turned me off from watching Stephen King stuff for a good while too.

These days I won't even watch a movie unless I can find spoilers on the internet and can learn that there isn't going to be an ending like that. And if I still really need to see the movie for some reason even though it has an unhappy ending, at least reading the spoilers lets me prepare for it.

Granted it hasn't been a long time since I've seen it I really enjoyed the movie. I liked another movie of his, Rose Red, too.

I saw Rose Red - much prefer Storm.
