Stranger Things? (Didn't I already open a thread on this necessity of television)?

I watched the whole series when it came out. It was very good. I thought it walked the line right between the Spielberg formula of "Childhood Silliness" and a more serious horror/scifi story without falling completely into (and falling victim to) either of those predictable paths. Very well done.

Yeah, I'm sure it rocks.....but right now I'm watching 'The Godfather Epic'. Holy crap, every actor in the world is in this marathon.

I'm getting irritated with NETFLIX I received an email today telling me they are raising the monthly rate tomorrow so they bring me more great shows. That sounds great until you switch to NETFLIX and it tells you no titles are available, try again later. Really????

Hey, more shows. That just has to be a good thing, huh?

Oh, they don't have any shows, and the increase is tomorrow? Hmmm. Maybe I spoke to soon.

Oh yeah, they have shows.....unfortunately they are not available on Friday's Saturdays or Sundays......but then again they might be available weekdays between 5AM and 8AM...I should check.

I surprised myself by liking GLOW, mr. gitterbag wanted to watch it and I sullenly agreed (I get like that) but it really was a lot of fun. I think we will cancel and resume membership if GLOW returns.
