monitor caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL

below r the error messages i am receiving on a sony vaio laptop o/s win98

when it first boots I get a blue screen saying a fatal error has occured and when i press any key a few times it goes followed by this message.



MONITOR caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL




ANY IDEAS ON WHAT I CAN TRY???
