Hi everyone,
I am having dramas with Facebook and think my personal account may be corrupted. I've tried EVERYTHING possible, had my phone line checked twice, removed all browser history twice, uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook, changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled chrome...all to no avail. I've contacted Facebook but of course no answer. I can access the site however can't access private messages, upload photos or even log out. It's like there's something running and the circle icon just keeps spinning like I have to wait. Any suggestions please? I need my Facebook as my business is on there!
Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted. TIA xx

Can you get in with your phone? Or a different computer? Let's eliminate one possibility - spyware - before anything else.

Same problem!! Logged in but seems everything is frozen as can't access msgs etc.. And can't log out. Been a few days with no change. Facebook help page hasn't got this problem listed to give any solutions.. Circle icon spinning round n round n round..

You can get your password with your phone no or through your email id.
