Can knowledge only be used as an ability outside the universe?

Evolution is perhaps about the observed becoming the observer. The anti is eradicated, but if difference has always been true, why should this dynamic exist?

The observed and the observer are difference. But relativity is opposed to difference. If the latter is true, and knowledge is difference, does that suggest that only outside the universe is where knowledge can be two?
