a movie about werewolves

Need to know the name of a movie I watched when I was a kid, I can only remember some of the scenes.
1. the female protagonist is a she-wolf, working as a nurse in a hospital
2. she tries to jump off a tower(or building) but is rescued by the male lead
3. something about the silver ring she wears
4. there was this scene where the male lead fights off mutant dogs(or were they werewolves?) in a morgue
5. the movie was probably in the 90's
