Hey Bond, I am not sure what kind of help to get, all you have done is posted the logfile showing the system processes that are running...none of the processes look obviously like spyware to me...

I would wait for the experts here to look at the log, but for stuh, 'heretofind' is pretty notorious spyware.

Hi Bond,
Let see if we can't get this for you,
First
Please go Here and unzip the newest version of HJT into a new dedicated folder,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder.
Remove the older version of HJT

Next
Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click "Fix Checked"

heretofind
Unfortunately, like the flooding we have here, we also seem to have this never ending heretofind thing. I did what you told me but every time I run spybot or hjt, the results show the same problems. Also, while I was running in safe mode i did not find any of the 4 items to look for, emptied all the temp folders, shut off system restore, but to download BitDefender, i had to restart back to normal to get online. Downloaded BitDefender, ran it, no results, ran trend micro, no results, put system restore on, ran ad-aware, then came Spybot. here are the results:
Common hijacker: Prefix change (Registry change, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\Prefixes\www!=http://

Common hijacker: Prefix change (Registry change, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\DefaultPrefix\!=http://

My fault I need to proof read a little better,
This thing can be a real pest,

Checkfor updates once again for: Ad-aware, Spybot and your Antivirus,

Reboot to safe mode:
Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click "Fix Checked"

heretofind
As far as i'm concerned nothing is your fault, so don't worry!! O.K., did what you said and low-and-behold, i think it worked. During safe mode scan with adaware, it picked up 6 items, but my anti virus and spybot had none. then the post restart scans all produced no results. hopefully we got it, but here is my hjt log.

Download the following programs, For keeping crap off your system to begin with
Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.

Download Spyware Blaster and SpywareGaurd
Check for updates after you install them, And check weekly as well
