Hey ChildoftheLight... still think your cubbies are gonna make it?

No, and I'm not surprised. Cubs have only made the playoffs in back to back years like 4 times. In 100+ years, only 4 back to back playoff appearances. WHAT THE ****?! Evil or Very Mad

Damn I wish I was a Yankee fan.

He has managed to turn a 100 win team into a 90 win team 2 years in a row.

Panzade, The Cards have been consistent all year. I don't follow them closely, but I keep an eye on what's going. Still a long way to go. Playoffs and more playoffs. I miss the good old days. The two best teams met in the Series. Okay, okay, I know that times have changed. Divisions have been added. But I'm impatient for the series.

After my Marlins won the Series from a lowly wild card spot I must say the system is much more exciting and inclusive.
Rick Ankiel, who's a young hurler from the local high school won his first game for the birds in over 2 years. He's been bothered by mental problems that led to record wildness in previous play-offs.

The Cardinal's pitching is gonna explode in The Division Series. They will be beaten badly by The Dodgers.

Yeah, I probably got about 60 percent. That is about 30 percent below my average.

Yeah, spread generally F's me. A win is a win in my book, no +3 to throw me off.

C of the L. Sorry to say "I told you" (even if it was in the Lost Posts). No depth in the Cubs. No playoffs. It'll be a century.

I was dismayed at Oakland's falldown.

The strongest all-around team?
Boston.

My prediction (based on more than a hunch, if a series of recent coincidences are more than a hunch): a team from the Los Angeles area will play the World Series.

Nice call panzade....

My golden picks:

Twinkies over NY (That's right, my upset special. Those who doubt me are clearly unaware that I picked Detriot to win the NBA Championship last summer.)

BO Sox over Halos

Stros over Braves

Dodgers over Red Birds
--------------------

BO Sox over Twinkies
Stros over Dodgers (God I hate the Astros)
--------------------

BO Sox over Stros

What about 2 panzade?

(The game is still on, but I am so confident that I will post this prematurely and risk public humiliation.)
