Clearly Jackie held his chin (after the throatshot) placed her pistol into his left ear, and on Conally's prompt - blew his brains out (2 Frames cut) placed the pistol to the rear of him and ascended the boot.
Everyone seems to have missed this - Or has been misdirected into unfathomable realms of bushes, carparks, book-depositories, etc.
She whacked him - You missed it.
