For those in the know about football, please consider the issue of Tom Brady
deflate-gate ( air release from an NFL football) and the Supreme Court.
Should Tom Brady appeal his case ( a 4 game suspension) to the Supreme Court or should he just call it quits on the whole thing, take the 4 game suspension, and get on with his life?
By the way, do you think the Supremes will hear Tom's case?

Unless there are constitutional questions that arise from his case, no.
@InfraBlue,
It's not likely that the Supremes will hear the Tom Brady case...unless of course, Ruth G steps in to offer support to Tom.
@InfraBlue,
There are possible constitutional issues that arise from this case. This case is about labor law and contract law... this is an employer with the power to impose an arbitrary economic sanction on an employee. With this case between multi-millionaires it is hard to feel sorry for either side, but the question on legal limits to the power an employer can have over an organization is still important.
I don't think that SCOTUS will take this case... although with the current 8 person court, they might. It wouldn't be completely preposterous if they did.

It's moot. He's letting the whole thing slide.
BREAKING NEWS:
Tom Brady won't appeal suspension to Supreme Court
@maxdancona,
What parts of the constitution would this case have brought into question, exactly?
@tsarstepan,
I'm certainly very glad to hear he won't be appealing this.
I can see how a split decision for (or against) Brady could have upset Brady's fans (or haters) to the point where they might have used their vote to punish Ginsburg's party in November.
The Supreme Court is political. Thankfully Brady has decided not to make his own case political.
FINAL: Brady won't appeal his case.
