I was going to suggest Chinese foot binding, this barbaric practice used to routinely break the bones in young girls feet and leave them crippled for life and unable to walk.

Chastity belt is the obvious answer, if it cant be a body part. Hmmmmmmmmm.

(FYI: "Aching for Beauty" presents an in depth history of the practice. I agree it was barbaric but it is interesting that women advocated for the practice and were very competitive about it.)

Then I was thinking about how Geisha's blacked out their teeth. This was to attract men though.....

I'm not sure at what point in history it occured but at one time women would hide razors in their vaginas. When a man attempted to rape them it would slice off their penis.
