How do I get rid of hijacked e-mail page?

I cannot access my e-mail. I have my e-mail through SBC Yahoo and when I try to open it a search webpage pops up ("about:blank"), my popup blocker tags it and I am kicked off the Yahoo DSL homepage.
Stinger indicates that C:\WINNT\EXPLORER.EXE is corrupted with a virus titled W32/Backdoor-CFB.
I ran the fix program listed on the Able2know site on the "Spyware, Browser Hijacks, or other Yuckware?" page. This process has worked once before but not now. (Some software pages- CW Shredder and Hijack This cannot be accessed as the pages are unaccessible.)
I have ran a search on my puter using the Backdoor title and no go.
I have gotten into the registry looking for the buggar there and same result. Searched the internet for the virus name and got aliases and other names, searched for them on the pc and nothing again.
Anyone help me on getting rid of this?

See if this helps,
Dowload the following program

CWShredder
It should be the current version, but check for updates

Run Program cwshredder and have it fix anything it finds.

Make sure you click the "Fix" button

Next
Please go Here and unzip the newest version of HJT into a new dedicated folder,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. Launch Hijack This, then press Scan, and press Save Log

This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Most things are harmless and needed so don't make any changes.

Hi Mont,
Open HJT again please, click Scan, Click Save Log, It will open up in notebook, Right click inside the notebook, click Select All, Right click again and click copy, Then open back up this post, Click Post Reply, Then right Click inside it and click Paste,
