I am writing a book, and I would greatly appreciate knowing what potential readers would want in this situation.
Without getting too deep in the background, I'll just say my two main characters need a perfect, unplanned, out-of-the-blue first meeting in their everyday lives. And I'm not sure what kind of unexpected run-in would be unique, but still not out of the norm. For example, I didn't want it to be something as trivial as while they were grocery shopping, but not something so unusual as while skydiving.
Any ideas?

I have an idea where two characters have same phone which get exchanged in a book shop. Many unknown calls make them realize that their phone has been exchanged. They contact each other and meet for the first time.
