whats this martial arts movies name?

i once stumbled upon a martial arts movie and cant figure the title out. the plot is like this: a bunch of martial artists meet up and travel to a location with a bus. one of them practices judo, some do kung fu and one guy is just a yakuza or chinese gangster who randomly happens to be with them. there is at least one woman and the total number is 6-10. they do some kind of tournament, fighting each other in pairs. nothing lethal, just sparring / fight to surrender. there is some kind of price for the winner. the movie didnt look very old'ish (not from the 1980s, probaby late 1990s but more likely 2000+). i dont remember any stars. i dont think it had much budget. i already checked a lot of martial art movie lists but cant find that movie anywhere. know the name?
