This Is How I Let Go

This is another poem/song about anxiety...hope you all like it.

This Is How I Let Go~Gabby A.A.

It's so hard to see past
these days that seem to swallow me whole
It's so hard to beleive that
I am fine
It's all in my mind
and these tears that I cry
what are they really for?

Some people tell me
Fears are so easy to conqour
but how would they know?

Have they ever been
where the skies so black sometimes
you just wanna crawl in a corner
and cry?
Have they ever been
where the world looks so tainted
and my mind is straining
to find something good?
Sometimes I just wish
That I could
press rewind and restart my mind
fix all of the scratches
hold on to fear no longer
This is how I let go..

I don't know who to beleive
who's to say what is normal?
Am I cured or still diseased?
Tell me how to find release.
I'm a captive to my fears
they've held me in the depths of my mind
for years

Some people tell me
it's not real
Like I could act out insane fears
but how would they know?

Have they ever been
crashed by a tidal wave of panic
and the moment just before
the sun shone brighter than it ever had?
Have they ever been
crawling through a desert
that seemed to never end?
Sometimes I just wish
I could go on and on and on
and never look back
or remember
all the things that I fret over
hold on to fear no longer
I want to let it go..

Some people tell me
to just go on
but how can I do that
when my mind is stuck on stop?

Have they ever been
