Need help with beetle family identification!!

If anyone knows what family any of these beetles are in I would greatly appreciate it! Am completing a project on pitfall traps in Ecuador.

One of them looks vaguely like it might have the thorax of a click beetle (Family: Elateridae), but I couldn't say for sure if it's related or not.

All three beetles look different to me. Maybe different enough to be in different Families.

Any effective beetle identification (by photo alone) is going to require clear top and bottom photo's as well as carapace exposed wings extended.
