Is there a way to print in black only, I don't mean grayscale, just black?
Thanks for any help! I am using a Hewlett Packard 612c printer.

Yes, reach into the printer.(Caution! when it is not printing) yank the color cartridge out and throw it away.

In Printer/Properties/Printer Preferences there must be an option where you can choose to print using colors or just black.
I have this option in my Epson C60
Don't throw the color cartridge since most printers will only work when both color and black cartridges are full and installed on the printer
