I think prostitution is hot

I don't really buy into that. Any woman who works in a place like a Las Vegas Brothel is what I consider free will. Any woman who is trying to sell herself on back page.com or Craigslist is free will. Actually even girls that turn to pimps are doing it under their own free will. I can't see how a lot of the problem would not be solved by simply allowing brothels in more places or even having sex worker licenses that would help monitor the girls. That would self enforce, because most guys would just go to a brothel or want a licensed girl anyway more than they would want to risk digging through street smut. I know I would. Less guys paying money to sex trafficking means less reason to sex traffic. Problem not solved, but pointed in a way better direction.

Of course I think prostitution is hot because I like getting my nut off. That's the point, hence the fetish. No I do not think the legislation would be super complex, just require a card verifying girls are using their ass to get cash on their own free will, allow brothels, and let it fly. The complex legislation comes from making everything illegal and than trying to come up with who is getting arrested for what and from what country. THAT is where your years of court battles and cop chases are coming from. If it was legal there would just be less reason for sex trafficking, people would be going to a brothel to get their nut off, not paying some guy bringing in girls from other countries. Now the problem of child porn and all that sick **** wouldn't go away, but that's not gone with prostitution illegal either.

Tony, you aren't helping my well-reasoned argument at all. I think I am going to start my own thread with the premise that decriminalizing the buying and selling of sex helps women and men in the sex trade.

That doesn't seem to be the argument you are making here, in fact you are playing right into the Saab's position of righteous indignation. Neither of you are making any rational points.

I think I disagree with both of you.

She can do her own taxes, like a waitress. Or a stripper. Obamacare for insurance. Or buy her own insurance. Or have an actual job and just wolf down guys she would sleep with for money on the weekends. I don't really care, I am just saying give a girl the freedom to do it, if she wants.

Unfortunately, a lot of people have no idea how tawdry, ugly and sad life is for far too many people.

I don't think that it has to be that bad is all I am saying. If I approach a sexy lady who I want to have sex with but want to skip the drama of dropping lines or playing games and offer her money in exchange for sex, why should that be illegal? If a lady happens to like sex and offers it, but wants money instead of game, why is that illegal and more wrong than just being a regular American slut? You guys want to throw in all the extra stuff into the equation like drugs and sex trafficking, etc, but that isn't the situation I am promoting or even talking about. I am talking about women who hustle because they like having sex and making money. I think it's hot.
