does anybody know what edqjjn.exe is....i have it as a running process and it was found in a HijackThis scan.

It could be SpyWare.

Yes, it could be....that's why i posted the question.....because i don't know if it's spyware or not. I was hoping someone might know for sure.

Well I've had the same problems, and I pretty know for sure it is some sort of spyware. I'd suggest you use Ad-aware to get it off your computer.

yeah...i've been using ad-aware for the past week...it's cleaned out a lot but there's still some spyware that keeps coming back. i've used HijackThis, too...that helped....but nonetheless....evil spyware is still present on the system. So, I've been going through manually deleting spyware that I find....and now I've resorted to posting my question on a forum because google failed to help me on this one.

Chances are it is, By the sounds of you have been running the necessary tools Ad-aware, CWS and Spybot Have you run an online virus scan?
Give these a try

TrendMicro
If you could post a HijackThis log, That would be helpful, Some of these pest you have to manually remove.
By the way if you can't find anything on google about it, more than likely it needs to go,
But you should post a log

thanks....after the deletion of mystery edqjjn and a few other things i found hidden deep in the computer i think i've pretty much kicked it.
