Watermarked Paper With Land/Sea Scape(Lost Rembrandt?)

I have been trying to figure this painting out for some time. It has an image of a sea inlet on left side with sailboat and dock. House/structure with trees behind in center, 2 barns on the right side. Painting is rectangular around 4'' tall 14''wide, watercolor on paper, signed in lower right corner (VeYa, Stattl)??? It appear that the background has multiple other signatures and text in hiding. Image of a face in roof of center barn. This painting has the watermarks that matched Rembrandt and Ruisdael's previous works from the 1600's but also Margaritone d' Arrezo's Madonna & child w/4 saints. Any help will be appreciated. I have several old unidentified pieces that haven't been seen in decades that will be coming out for identification soon.
