Does anybody know how to open .pdb files for Palm on a desktop?

You would have to use the palm desktop software for desktop viewing of any palm data.

That Palm Desktop software is extremely unreliable when it comes to hot syncing. Make sure you make backup copies of all of your Palm data files on your PC on a regular basis.
