question about some kung fu movie

So I saw a asian movie somewhere between 2006 to 2009 and it was about a guy probably a police officer who gets power because of tattoos and there is a girl who has power because of tattoo too. They can exchange tattoos and powers with them. I remember a scene where the man is running after a guy and the guy jumps high and the officer jumps high too but he doesn't know how he does it.
