A film in a "perfect world" where fat people are discriminated (put aside in a special place) and where the government once a week or once a month put out an add with a picture of somebody that they don't "like" and everyone is allowed to try and find him and kill him (so that they let out their anger).
The hero escapes and goes to live with the fat people (i think) i saw it a long time ago on the (french) tv.
