Having a difference of opinion with a work colleague regarding the above.
Am i going mad or have i read in york that it is legal to shoot a scotsman in york with a bow and arrow.an ancient law that has never been repealed??
please answer theres a tenner on it!
even better please send me a website where i can print it and prove it to him.
