Need a song only know hard to search for title

My son's jazz band ends every concert with a song titled "Tracks"

I'd like more info but that name makes it nearly impossible to search for as I do not know arrangement or author.

Any help?

there are phone apps that will i.d. songs as they're being played ... can you tape him/them and use one of the apps?


(shazam is the one most of my dance friends use)

apparently midomi works even if you can just hum part of it
