problem with win32.jeefo

i have a problem with win32.jeefo and norton antivirous
my norton able to detect this problem but can't remove it in the other hand norton continusly show a massage and don't allow me to work

i was happy if anyone could help me

Restart your PC in Safe Mode and run Norton then you'll be able to delete it
