chinese movie featuring a powerful dragon tattoo on peoples back

I cannot remember the name of the movie...but it is at
least 10 years old..if features a master with a dragon
tattoo on back that he passes on to two students-a boy
with specs and a girl and there is a villain who is also
behind that tattoo.. I can remember a climax scene
between the students and the villain where the tattoo is
passed back and forth until finally the villain is
defeated...it was a Chinese movie... if anyone
remembers ,plz tell me
