Need advice help, please!

I need your help and advice. My 11 year old daughter was verbally accosted by another kid's parent on school property. This mother was intoxicated, yes you read that right, she was drunk at a school event on school property. Supposedly, my daughter told her kid that they weren't allowed to be in a certain part of the school's property. This kid tells their drink mom what my kid said (please note my daughter didn't say anything to this kid)... So drunk mom literally runs down my kid dropping f bombs, calls her an asshole, screaming and yelling and making a scene. It got so bad that thankfully another intervened right before things got physical. We called the police. They are still interviewing witnesses and will assign charges once they have video from the school, etc. I want to also get a restraining order if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
