Verification code authentication - Problem: I don't own a phone

Exactly as stated in the subject. I went to sign into Skype online as someone has left a voicemail and I was told "account temporarily suspended" and asked for a verification phone number. The problem is I do not have a phone of any kind. Call me a luddite. I use a mixture of Skype and Google voice to keep in touch with people.  What is the fix for this?

BTW: I can still use my Skype app on my Mac to call out and receive calls - just signing in online is the issue. Weird.

@terence57,
Maybe just make a new account.

@jespah,
Thanks - I never thought of that. There is a chunk of money in the account, so I'll have to first use that up. Of course I'll never find out what was in those voice mails.
