I've a horrible feeling I've probably finally stumped you.

I can't seem to get onto my bt email account as the Keychain Access has been lost. I don't know (or really care) what it means but I'd like to know how to create a new one (I have a Mac)

Any help would be so gratefully received

Thanks

I have no idea about "keychains", but this seems to target what you need.

Good luck!

Thanks Phoenix

I'll read it and try to follow it.

Guess nothing ever stumps the members here. Yet again I'm grateful to you.

UPDATE: We tried it but it still doesn't work.

Tarah you can try a program called Cocktail (I'll look for a link). It fixes permission issuse and good stuff like that.

Here is the link

just use the "pilot" section. You'll see what I mean when you open it.
