Pop-up says "Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~2\inetkw.dll"

I get this pop-up about once every ten seconds. I believe it is a result of my trying to adhere to your suggestion to try to resolve tech issues on our own...I was doing so while trying to eliminate an insidious "thing" called "Allaboutsearching.com" which was, frankly, driving me berserk! I was following steps taken by others who had contacted you fine folks with the same problem. I really don't know what I did but the allaboutsearching pest disappeared and in its wake I apparently created yet another nightmare which is this ridiculous error message noted in the subject line, followed by the statement "The specified module could not be found." Once again, in an attempt to prove my own resourcefulness I have searched for nearly a month now for a resolution and must humbly say "I give!" I know you need a hijackthis scan in order to assist but am not sure that this is the correct place to include it. If you have the time I would certainly appreciate assistance with this as it has completely altered my computer use pattern. Thank you.
