dlk, as far as weight loss supplements, Xenadrine EFX contains no ephredra (ma huang). Xenadrine RFA was what they think attributed to the death of that young pitcher two weeks ago, which did contain ephedra.

I'm aware of the weight loss supplements that don't contain ephredra, however I don't believe they can be as effective as the ones that do.
The ones I've taken do contain ma huang, and I have taken a few different kinds, Xenadrine being one of them.
