Looking for good international health insurance

If anyone can recommend good US companies as well I can check to see if they offer international or travel insurance. I know little about the industry and have only Blue Sheild as a recommendation so far.

my place uses Cigna...

We've had Kaiser for so long, I'm not familiar with the health insurance industry.
The Kaiser in our area is rated very high, and I personally have had nothing but good experience with my health care.
BTW, I had Kaiser while working, and now in retirement (since 1998).
