EMV Chip Cards

dont know but Im pissed at how they made us turn in all our old cards for new chip cards and only about 10% of stores and restaurqnts even hqve the damned readers.
I havent hd to sign at any of the plces that ctually hd the chip readers (LIKE LOWES or Cabelas)

In the US, you need a signature although some merchants don't require one if your dollar amount is low enough. In Europe, chip and pin is the standard.

Any store that doesn't accept the chip is now responsible for their own losses if a fake card is used. I expect just about everyone will use the chip over the next year.
