Did you try Print Screen? That should work.

First Save the web page on your desktop.
Then open Powerpoint and click File/ Open and choose the Web page from your desktop and click Open

There's a button on the top row of my keyboard that says Print Screen. When you hit it, it copies whatever you're looking at onto the "clipboard". You can then paste the image somewhere else (Ctrl + V or right click, paste).
