I already have a fans' page on Facebook on general tourism services, with 2'000 fans.
Now I'm into travels and tours for people who suffer from any kind of disablity (physicly, mentaly etc.) and need special help.
It's quite clear that if we want to project a unique professionality towards a specific audiance with specific needs we should do this through a new platform, but this time I'm not sure if openning groups - rather then a fans' page - would not be better off. What do you think?
@Odyssey,
Facebook Pages are for dictating terms and more straightforward advertising. Groups are for discussions although they can contain advertising.
Choose which one you think will serve your buyer personae best, regardless of what the specific topic is.
