The best thing to do is to mock science!

Why? because this religion called science is ridled with flaws, omissions, biases and what have you.

Well, in actualiity is 'science' a hardly disguised religion.

We have now a 'scientific dictatorship'

And people fall for this crap all the time!

why? why? why? why?

@Quehoniaomath,
Seriously Que, scientific fundings are regularly confirmed with a high degree of assurance. However there is a slippery area in which Science and Philosophy interact with considerable uncertainty. But calling it "crap," apparently comparing it with the superior dictates of religion leads me to inquire about your qualifications

No offense Que, but curious about your age, natl, loc, ed., rel, ints; etc etc, I am [email protected]

Well, well, well

It seems you religion is attacked!

Oh btw I studied pshyics/math and clinical psychology. Both at uni level.
Both crap! But I found this out years after the studies.

But just face it mate, You are 'doing' an 'ad hominem' and try to attack the person'

Of course no real counter arguments, only defending your religion.

This blew my mind btw

Really? Well in all honesty I once also thought this to be true,
But allas!

Sad to hear. I am also in my old age.
However, conventional science couldn't help you here it seems
I am pretty sure unconventional means would be able to do the job.
So much for science then. exactly what I mean But , to be sure, I feel for you
about this, I am not mocking you with regards to this. I want that to be very clear.

I forgive you. No problemo here.

I am also aware of its limitations. These goes deeper then you might think.
If you do research you will find out is a hardly disguised religion.
It is riddled with dogma's. (aka religion)

I understand and I agree with you here.
Can take some hours to explain.
But one of the things is that if you look closely 'modern science' is filled
with circular reasoning. But, there is more.

Calm, it is ok I don't care too much about that.
Just pointing it out.
And yes, you were attacking me personally in a respectfull manner. Wink

it is too numerous to mention here. as far as physics goes, relativity, special & general is very wrong, atomic theoy is wrong, quantum mechanics is wrong,
Other subjects at university like cosmology, histroy, biology are all very wrong. But as I wrote it is too numerous, where do you want to start?

Quote:

What do you mean here?

accepted,
But, to be clear it is this.
I do mention the craziness of the religion of science upon which you ask for my age etc etc which is an ad hominem. Maybe respectfull, but still.
You didn't ask why I think these things. You asked who I was as a person.
Implying there could be something wrong with me.
Still an ad hominem.

ok, great to hear, to a point! Because it is minimized and not cured!
That is not scientific. I take it you still gets shots?
Well, they pay Big Pharma, that is one of the reasons you are not cured.
Once you are in, they try to keep you in.
I told my s.o. not to put me in a hospital, except for real emergencies like
breaking bones. But you know they don
it really heals then. nature does.
Did you know that being in a hospital or 'being cared for' by the medical system is the third reason for death. Hospitals are, subtle, killing machines.

Here are some:

“The Science of Delusion is the belief that science already understands the nature of reality in principle, leaving only the details to be filled in.” –Rupert Sheldrake

Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, known for his forward-thinking works on the theory of Morphic Resonance, and author of the book, ‘Science Set Free,’ gives us ten scientific dogmas that should be challenged with serious inquiry. Doing so would open up a tremendous new world of possibilities for re-examining the one riddle that science cannot solve: What is the nature of the human mind?

1 Nature is mechanical – All creatures and systems in nature are but lumbering robots fulfilling a genetically programmed role.
2 Matter is unconscious – Stars, plants, animals, water, etc, are just material things and therefore do not and cannot have consciousness.
3 The laws of nature are fixed – This is the idea that natural laws were fixed at the moment of the Big Bang, and will continue to be constant until the end of time. The habits of nature do not evolve.
4 The total amount of matter and energy is the same
5 Nature is purposeless – There is no design in nature, and the evolutionary process is merely a mechanical function. There is no higher purpose.
6 Biological heredity – The traits of a species are composed of a physical material that resides in the genes.
7 Memories are stored inside of the brain as material traces – Stored somewhere in the proteins and nerve endings are the memories of the mind. Like a physical filing cabinet.
8 The mind is inside the head – The mind is physically bound to the head and brain in some way.
9 Psychic phenomenon, like telepathy, is impossible – Thoughts have no effect on the outside world because the mind is inside the head.
10 Mechanistic medicine is the only kind that works – It is merely chance or the placebo effect if a natural remedy or other healing practice seems to affect physical healing.

And these are just for starters.

Quote:

This is really not true.
Firts of all, measuring the difference proved to be too difficutl according to the maker of atomic clocks himself ,Louis Essen. Secondly, if there was a difference, it could be explained by other things, like radiation, fields and what have you.
(Think of what would your clock do if you put it in fire, it probably will stop! Does that means time stops? of course not! The whole idea is ridiculous)
Furhtermore there was tempering with the data. And before you start on it, there is proof that gps doesn't need any relativity corrections at all! It works just fine.

Quote:
So the atom bomb can't work

That is not what I said, BUT
Indeed not in the way it is learned in physics.
Only part you learn is true.
For an atomic bomb to work, you need a certain configuration with the earth and the sun at a certain time. They really don't learn you that at physics at university level.
There was a man who found this out and could calculate in advance were atomic bomb testings would take place.
So much for 'science .

Quote:
Forgive me Que but that sounds silly as hell

I'll still need a few specific examples

Of course I am aware that is sounds silly! It once did for me.
But 'sounding silly' isn't an argument. History shows us that,
It is actually a collision with your belief system and it is called 'cognitive dissonance'
An example?
Start studying the works of Stephen Crother and you will understand that there are no black holes! Furthermore there is no proof for a big bangie. The red-shift and other things are not caused by a biggie bangie in the past.

Quote:
More that you were under the influence of some strange sect

Forgive me, Que, couldn't resist
Been a pleasure

Again, that is your cognitive dissonance kicking in, but that is ok, I am used to it. but I do point it out.

Do you know that 'public education' is used to dumb people down.
and to rob them of their creativity?

Now, who are the people with the most 'education'? Yep, scientist, hence they are the dumbest people on earth!

But, this makes it easy to understand why we are so easily fooled by science!

It has nothing to with logic, or truthfinding and everything to do with keeping us away from any truth,

But well, you know how it is:
