omg are you doing the asia wise to?? i've spent all day on it, i can't get that question either
those answers are all wrong:
Australia: 4,76 deaths / 1000 live births
China: 25,28 deaths / 1000 live births
Cambodia: 73,67 deaths / 1000 live births
First is Singapore (2,28) worst Angola (192,50)
USA is on 185th place (with 1st being worst and 225th best) with 6,63 (Croatia 184th with 6,92)

Note that thes are NOT percentages, but promiles (1 in 1000)
Well the best would be D, in that case.
Look at answer A: hilarious! 100% infant mortality rate in Cambodia? WHOAHAHAHA!!
OK, I used the wrong laugh, that was my evil laugh ...
yeah, from that point of view, D is closest to real answer, although also completely wrong. In percentages answer would be 0,5%, 2,5% and 7,4%
I thought Sierra Leone had the highest infant mortality rate?
