searchweb2 hijacker frustration

I have been trying to get rid of the hijacker but everytime I delete with spy sweeper it comes back again. I would love some help please.

I ran Hijack this and this is what I got:

Hi, I am skipping the running processes so we may well need a round 2 to kill this infection.

Please perform the following steps in safe mode. If you do not know how to boot to safemode just ask.

Some of the startup fixes I am recommening on the basis of not knowing that you NEED them. They may not be baddies but removing them from startup will almost never cause any harm.

Once you have completed these steps please reboot and report your results (even if you are free of problems report this as it helps us help others, and because this is tedious work help is appreciated).
