i dont get what good news????? and what kingdom? and what is salvation?

If you've lived for years thinking you had a terminal illness and suddenly found a free cure, would you consider that good news?

Salvation means salvation from death (it's a dodge, a carny huckster's trick). The alleged good news is that such salvation is being offered. Neo here acts as though these things are indisputably true. However, the majority of people on this planet either don't believe that, or just don't care.
