Okay so I'm 19 and bi and really like this girl (I'm a girl too) the trouble is she's 16(also bi). So I didn't want to make a move as I didn't want to pressure her or anything. Were really good friends so we were hanging out and she kissed me, I kissed her back. Is 3 years to big an age gap when we're both still so young?
She's really mature and she makes me happy but is it wrong?

16 and 19 can seem like a huge gap and kissing is fine, but when it comes to sex you should cool it as she is still a minor. So have fun together! But keep it light.
