Simple Excel Formula Needed - Can Anyone Help?

In excel, I'm trying to create a formula to calculate the percentage difference between to numbers in adjacent columns.

I.e.
Cell A1 contains the number 79.05
Cell B1 contains the number 73.00

I'd like to know how much higher - in percentage, 79.05 is compared to 73.00.

I'd be very grateful if someone could recomend an Excel formula to do this operation. The result would go into Cell C1.

Cheers, all the best.
