Re: Help with RUNDLL error
I am skipping the running processes, I see quite a few baddies right off the bat but do not have the time or patience to audit them right now (it could take up to an hour to do it right).

As such, we may need a second round to kill the infection (and if we do I will try my level best to help, I just don't want to start off with another thorough job just to find yet another infected user who doesn't even let us know if it helped), but here are steps to get you started.

Please do these steps in safemode. If you do not know how to boot to safemode search the forums or ask us.

Looks like a hardware specific shortcut software. Won't hurt to fix, just means those buttons won't work.

If you recognize as legit it leave it.

Fix, some are clearly baddies, some just unecessary or ambiguous.

Either way, removing from startup should not cause problems.

Fix, this is a baddie. If you are in the habit of downloading free programs note that you are likely infecting yourself.
