We get rid of spammy links in otherwise acceptable posts.

You don't want to read what's behind those links; they often imperil your computer. This is one of the things we do.

It's probably pretty easy to catch just the links but just out of curiosity how does a spam link differ from a legitimate link

I note a2k much more liberal than the many forums from which I've been booted over the past 18 years but I'm wondering too if you scan for other violations, what sets the threshold, whether you pay someone to do it sitting there 8 hrs, or do you have a committee for the purpose etc etc
