You see i'm not that bad
You see I am just like you
You see I am everything
you never thought you could be
There's no need to be jealous
there's no need to start a war
just put your mind in motion
start knocking down the doors.
Don't be scared of what others think
who really gives a damn.
Don't censor your life for them
chances are you'll never see them again.
Be who you are and not what they want to see.
You are your own person, now set yourself free.
You see I am just like you

these 4 lines seem to be all saying opposite things!
Depends how you look at it!
do you mean that the person has achieved all their goals, and you have also?
To be honest, I can't remember what the hell I meant, but I know it made sense at the time....lol
Perhaps the second line was supposed to say: "You see I was just like you", can't find the original....ahwell, it was all in good fun.
This poem was very good to me. I could relate to it. Seems like something going on in my life right now. This poem was uplifting and has alot of energy, I liked that! Good work.
If you disect a flower
....all that remains are pieces.... some pretty on their own, but never again the beauty, the grandeur, of the full flower.
